These Terms govern your use of warblecloud.com, app.warblecloud.com, and related services operated by ChirpStack LLP ("Warble Cloud"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
- No reverse engineering, abuse, or scraping at scale.
- No use to violate law or rights of others.
- No uploading of malware, illegal content, or non-consensual data.
Plans & payment
Paid plans bill monthly or annually via Stripe or PayPal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on 30 days notice.
Customer data & ownership
You own all content you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit it solely to operate the Service. We do not train models on your data unless you explicitly opt in.
Service availability
We aim for 99.9% monthly availability. Status: status.warblecloud.com. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
Termination
You may cancel any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. We will export your data on request for 30 days after termination.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes resolve in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
