Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how ChirpStack LLP ("Warble Cloud", "we") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use warblecloud.com, app.warblecloud.com, and related services (the "Service").

What we collect

• Account data — name, email, organisation, OAuth identifiers from Google or GitHub when you sign in.
• Service data — Kubernetes manifests, telemetry, and observability signals you submit to Warble products. We process this on your behalf to deliver the Service.
• Usage — pages visited, features used, error logs, IP and user-agent. Used for security, abuse prevention, and product improvement.
• Billing — handled by Stripe and PayPal; we never see your full card number.

How we use it

• To operate, secure, and improve the Service.
• To send transactional email (sign-in, billing, security).
• With consent, to send product updates and newsletters. Unsubscribe any time.

Sharing

We share data only with sub-processors needed to run the Service: Google Cloud Platform (hosting), Firebase (auth), Stripe / PayPal (payments), and analytics providers if enabled. We never sell personal data.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@warblecloud.com. EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR; California residents under CCPA. We will respond within 30 days.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for 90 days after deletion, then anonymise or remove it. Backups roll off within 365 days.
